We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and inspiring class teacher (initially KS2) for September 2023. You should have a strong understanding of pedagogy and a good level of subject knowledge across the curriculum. You would be joining a school that prides itself on how it develops and supports all stakeholders. You will also join a hardworking and aspirational team of staff

We are looking for a teacher who can:

Model and disseminate high quality teaching practice to secure consistently good and outstanding teaching and learning for our children;

Have good interpersonal skills and be able to work well as a member of the staff team.

Information about the school

We are a small village church school, at the heart of our community, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We have 80 pupils taught in four classes: Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2, Year 3 and Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6.

The school plays a very active role in the local and wider community and provides many opportunities for children to develop their talents and interests, whether this be in the sporting competitions we take part in or in our wide range of extra-curricular clubs.

Our staff team is small, friendly and mutually supportive, which we believe is a real strength of our school. Our Christian values are important to us and are at the heart of all we strive to achieve.
