Part-time Administrative Officer

KR4 £21389 (£12540 pro rata)

 (25.00 hours per week 8.15am to 13.30pm Term Time 39 + 1 week per annum)

We are looking to recruit a friendly, enthusiastic and highly committed Administrative Officer to join our office team.

The role will include the following duties:

  • Being the first point of contact both face to face and on the telephone for the school's stakeholders
  • Managing the school's admissions
  • Using the school's system to make orders
  • Communicate effectively with the wider school staff to support with the smooth running of the school
  • Manage the school's communication with parents including the school website
  • General Administrative duties

We are seeking someone that:

  • Enjoys working as a member of a team
  • Is open, friendly and likes working with children
  • Has strong IT skills and is a quick learner
  • Understands the need for confidentiality 
  • Has high standards of communication (written, face to face, telephone), with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Is able to prioritise and manage their own workload so that deadlines are met
  • Experience of using SIMS and FMS (would be an advantage)
  • Is able to follow school policies and procedures
