Teacher role - Applications from ECT's welcome

The successful candidate will be a qualified MFL Teacher who is passionate about teaching and learning, is ready to embrace new ideas and have a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills.  They will be an effective classroom practitioner who is able to plan and deliver a creative and stimulating curriculum and have a thorough knowledge of present curriculum development.  They will also have high expectations for achievements and behaviour, and will be dedicated to ensuring our students are actively engaged with school, making progress and aspire to become life-long learners.

Lead Practitioner role

As Trust Lead Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the professional development of our teaching staff and ensuring high-quality teaching practices are implemented in the classroom. This role is a key position in our Trust leadership team, and we are looking for exceptional candidates who can lead by example and inspire subject staff to achieve their best. 

This role will be split between 4 days working at Maritime Academy and 1 day per a week in Trust role.
