The school

West Minster Primary School is one half of the Sheerness West Federation, which has Rose Street  Primary School as its partner. We aim to make the Federation an outstanding provider of primary education in environments that are safe and nurturing and where the pupils enjoy their learning and achieve well. The Federation also has a special resourced provision for speech and language and is striving to provide outstanding support in this area of need for the children within this provision.

Role Profile

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and resilient individual who has a clear commitment to inclusion and a passion for ensuring that all pupils achieve their best. This is a non-class based role will allow the successful candidate the opportunity to carry out this wide-ranging role effectively.  The wider inclusion team supports class-based colleagues with and through a wide variety of interventions.

Applications are welcome from both experienced SENCOs with the National accreditation and those that are willing to or are currently working towards the accreditation.
