Our LSAs are highly valued members of school staff, who we know make a huge difference to the learning experience for our children. Our LSAs make a real difference, through providing learning support within the classroom and targetted interventions this is underpinned by building strong positve relationships with the children they work with.

We are seeking new members of our team with energy and the drive to ensure all pupils make the most of the opportunities available for them.

Do you have-

  • The ability to support groups of pupils in class and in intervention groups, to make even better progress in their learning.
  • Good qualifications in English and Maths ( GCSE or equivalent)
  • Experience of working with SEN pupils or the desire to attend additional training.
  • Experience of working/volunteering with primary aged children.
  • Initiative, patience and a sense of humour.
