We are seeking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic, well organised and skilled individual to join our busy office.  Reporting to the Business Manager, the post holder will be responsible for office administration; answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries. 

The successful candidate should have good interpersonal skills, be computer literate with competent typing skills.  A knowledge of SIMS and FMS would be desirable. Good English and mathematical skills are a necessity. Previous school office experience desired but not essential.

A flexible nature and attention to detail is most important and a professional attitude is essential.

This position will be for 3 days term-time only, 22.5 hours a week.

Shepherdswell CEPS is Federated with Eythorne Elvington School.

We are a mixed gender school in the heart of a village community, with pupils aged between 4 and 11 offering a range of opportunities to parents and children. To support our families, we provide wraparound care from 7:45am to 5:45pm by providing a breakfast and after school club every weekday.
