New Line Learning Academy are seeking to appoint a Art/ Design & Technology Teacher for September 2023 to join our school, New Line Learning Academy values positive and professional working relationships and seeks individuals who will support this ethos. The candidate should demonstrate a passion for the subject and be willing to deliver a range of our creative Art and DT lessons. They will become a valued addition to our well-established Art and Technology Faculty Team.  The faculty delivers a wide range of specialisms at KS3 including Art, 3D Design, Textiles, Food and Cookery, and Digital Technology . This then leads into our KS4 GCSE courses which includes Art, Craft and Design, 3D Communication, Photography and Food and Cookery.

The successful candidate will be a creative and inspiring teacher who will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • The ability to teach Art/ DT up to KS4 including examination.
  • Be an outstanding classroom practitioner who can inspire pupils
  • Recent, relevant teaching experience
