We are seeking to appoint a full-time PE Teacher from September 2023. The successful candidate will be required to teach KS3 to KS5 PE as well as some science lessons. The position is open to ECTs as well as more experienced colleagues.

Both the PE and Science departments are high performing with strong teams. There are currently six full-time teachers, one part-time teacher and a School Games Organiser within the PE department.

For KS4 students study AQA at GCSE or OCR Level 2 Cambridge Nationals. For KS5 students’ study A’ Level PE (AQA) or Edexcel BTEC Level 3.

Maplesden Noakes is an 11-18 co-educational non-selective school. The school has an excellent reputation, is popular with parents and regularly over-subscribed.
