Maths Mentor – Greenacre Academy

Salary: NJC Grade D2 point 4-11 £16,759 - £19,025

Hours: 35 hours per week, Term Time only

Required: From June 2023

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual who will inspire and guide students in their journey at Greenacre Academy.  As a Maths Mentor you will play a crucial role in helping students develop a deep understanding and appreciation for mathematics. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Working closely with students who require additional support or have specific learning needs.
  • Collaborate with the mathematics department, helping to create a stimulating learning environment where students can thrive.
  • Conducting regular assessments and tracking student progress.
  • Collaborating with teachers and parents.

A good standard of education is essential, along with experience of working with children of a relevant age.  You will inspire students to embrace mathematics, overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
