Contract: 37 hours per week, term time only plus 4 weeks, additional hours may be required from time to time. Working hours will be 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.30pm on Fridays.

New Line Learning Academy is looking to appoint a PA to the Head of School / Office Manager. 

This is an active and varied high-profile role which requires an individual who can demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders, including senior managers. You will have experience of working in a busy office environment with line management responsibilities. As PA to the Head of School applicants must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure, whilst demonstrating a discrete and professional manner. Considerable proficiency using IT and software packages is essential to this role and previous experience of working in an educational background is an advantage but not essential.

Job requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to multitask and to work under pressure and to deadlines

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Proactive with the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload

• Experience in senior administrative environment
