Cover Supervisor – Greenacre Academy

Salary: NJC Grade C1 point 6-19 £17,376 - £22,031

Hours: 35 hours per week, Term Time only

Required: From June 2023

Greenacre Academy are looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor to work across the school.  We require a conscientious person with a professional approach to the education of our pupils to join our team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of classes in the absence of a teacher and are expected to insist upon the highest standards of behaviour, maintaining a purposeful working environment for our students.

A good standard of education and literacy is essential, along with experience of working with children of relevant age and an understanding of principles of child development and learning processes.

Greenacre Academy is a single sex secondary boys school in Chatham and part of the Skills for Life Trust. The Trust have developed a set of core values for staff which are promoted and encouraged. The values help to ensure staff have a healthy work-life balance, are recognised and praised for their work, and are empowered to make decisions.
