Due to increasing numbers, we are looking to expand our pastoral team and are seeking to appoint a Key Stage 5 Student Support Manager.  You will be an exceptional candidate who is passionate about working with students and can inspire them to achieve their very best at a personal and academic level.  This is a great opportunity to become part of an extremely supportive pastoral team and working environment.  Our students embrace the Cornwallis ‘SMILE’ and we have a strong sense of community throughout the whole school. This role is Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-15:30, 37 hours per week 38 weeks per year (Term time only).     

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding pastoral support to our popular and fast growing Sixth Form.  Previous experience of working with vulnerable students will be an advantage.
