Senior Nursery Practitioners

 

We have Senior Practitioner vacancies for experienced nursery staff currently working as Seniors and/or opportunities for Nursery Practitioners who feel ready for the next step in their career.

 

You must be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years Childcare, and able to work independently with a small team, managing your own room, and caring for children and/or babies under 3.

 

We are looking for three Seniors to replace our present seniors who are moving into higher roles.  These three vacancies are at our Hand in Hand, Explorers and Growing Together Nurseries situated in Ramsgate Children's Centres and will commence September 2023.

 

Candidates must be competent and reflective in their practice to improve outcomes for children.  If you enjoy working as part of a team and are committed to providing the best quality childcare and education to our youngest children, this could be for you!

 

Full induction and training is provided in order to ensure that you feel confident in your new role with the Project.

 

We also provide regular in-house training, monthly staff meetings, a mentorship scheme and regular 1-1 supervision.

 

These posts are term time only and candeidates will work 33.75 hours per week, Monday to Fridayt, 39 weeks per annum.

Thanet Early Years Project is a small charitable organisation established in 1987 who specialise in offering good quality childcare and early years education to children under the age of 5 years.

Our aim is to provide services to children and families in order to afford all children the opportunity to reach their full potential and improve their outcomes.

Thanet Early Years Project currently offer day care services at three locations in Ramsgate.

These settings are situated within local Children's Centres and provide good quality childcare and education to children aged from 3 months to 4 years at the Hand in Hand Setting, and 2 - 4 years at the Growing Together and Explorers nurseries.
