Salary: Kent Range 3 £14,577 per annum

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 Weeks (Term Time plus one week)

Chantry Community Academy are seeking to appoint a Positive Behaviour Support Worker to join our team.  As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker, you will be responsible for working with students who require additional support and will support all staff to be curious about the underlying reason for a child’s behaviour.  You will work with colleagues, parents/carers and other agencies to support children in developing the skills needed for positive behaviour.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with children and a genuine passion for helping them achieve their full potential.  We are looking for someone who is patient, kind and empathetic, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the school and its students.  For a more detailed explanation of the job role please refer to the job description.
