Job title: Family Liaison Officer/attendance support

Grade: KR6 Term Time only pro rata ( 2 days per week)

Do you have the skills and experience to work with familys to support pupils through thier education, and work with external agencies to provide the best outcomes for our pupils?

Do you have the skills to aid parents & pupils to improve attebndance in school?

The role consists of developing and providing positive links between home and school to promote good attendance and to develop the home school partnership. 

Assist one of our sites (Southwood centre - Deal) in supporting head of centre with pupil agency meetings.

The Enterprise Learning Alliance is an innovative school that offers students across all Key Stages an involving, engaging and broad curriculum. The School has educational provision in both the Thanet and Dover District

Working closely with local schools and agencies, the school operates across several sites in the Thanet and Dover area providing individual learning pathways to allow pupils to achieve positive outcomes.

The Enterprise Learning Alliance educates pupils between the ages of 11-16 in both full time and respite education. The school has also developed an innovative and successful outreach service for local schools.
