With the retirement of a longstanding and highly experienced member of the Endeavour MAT Central Team we are seeking to appoint a Head of Student Data, Records & Systems to shape the next phase of development in this key area as our Trust grows. This exciting role will see the successful candidate working at the highest level within the Trust. You will therefore need strong organisational and project skills and be able to coordinate effectively across the schools in the Trust as well as work with other senior leaders both in the Central Team and in schools.

You will be an experienced data manager with gravitas, respected for your expertise and knowledge and ability to apply this to the practicalities and realities of the work environment in our schools. Specific knowledge of student data from a similar environment would be advantageous but is not essential for a candidate with the right transferable skills and experience. Those without specific experience in specialist areas will be supported and with suitable training as part of their role and there will be the opportunity for a lengthy period of hand-over.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to progress their career in data and system management in a rewarding education environment.

This is a demanding but exciting role that offers the opportunity to develop specialist skills and knowledge at the heart of an ambitious and high-achieving organisation.

Career with Endeavour MAT - what we can offer you:
As well as offering you a competitive salary with pay progression opportunities, you will also be working in a brand-new purpose-built setting with great facilities and with a team of talented, engaged and motivated colleagues. Our common values of respect, integrity, determination, equality of opportunity and self-management help instil a strong work ethic among staff and students alike and our supportive culture provides what many of our existing staff describe as a ‘family feel’ within our Trust.

Applying:
The closing date for applications is midnight on Sunday 4th June 2023 with interviews due to be held week commencing 12th June 2023. However, applications will be processed as they arrive, and an earlier interview time may be made beforehand.

This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate
