Are you a person with strong administration skills who can show initiative and excellent time - management skills?

We are recruiting an administration officer to work at Holy Family Cahtolic Primary School, ME15 9PS starting on 1st September 2023.  This is a term - time only permanent role, working 31.25 hours per week ( 8.30am - 4pm ) for 38 weeks of the year in a small but busy school office.

Pay rate will be Kent Range  (full time £21389.00 per annum)and will be an actual pro rate term time only gross annual salary of £15274.27 per annum based on 38 working weeks (42 weeks including holiday entitlement) but paid over 52 weeks.

Applicants will be required to complete an English and Maths in tray exercise as part of the interview assessment process.

You will be the first point of contact for parents and the wider community taking on specific responsibility for annual admissions within the role.  A detailed job description is attached for further reference.

As part two 'hub' schools within Kent Catholic Schools Partnership this role may, on rare occasions, require travel to our sister school in West Malling, ME19 6HN,  so a car and full driving licence will be required as part of this role. Travel costs will be paid.

This role is subject to safer recruitment procedure and the successful applicant will be required to receive a satisfactory DBS from the Safeguarding and  Disbarring service prior to appointment.
