We have an exciting opportunity for a charismatic, organised and energetic individual to join a dynamic Wrotham Road team to lead and manage all aspects attendance.

The role of the Attendance Officer will support the monitoring of the attendance of all pupils, addressing issues in relation to pupil attendance and providing administrative support and advice.

The post is permanent, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year. Kent Range 6, £21,801 full time equivalent, actual pro rata salary £20,284 based on 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an administrative role, preferably in a  school/education setting. They should be able to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience when dealing with difficult situations and must have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
