The proprietary body of Infinti School is NR Education Ltd.  NR Education Ltd is looking for a Business Manager to lead on all business aspects of their current School, Infiniti School, as well as to lead the development of their services which are both school and non-school based.

This is an exciting time in the development of NR Education Ltd where the lead can be creative and innovative in designing and developing new business opportunities.  You will work closely with the Director of NR Education Ltd looking to maximise the potential of the school and other projects.  

The role would be suitable for someone who has been, or understands the role of a school business manager, but will provide more variety than this role alone.

You must be able to work independently with little supervision, participate in senior meetings and manage extensive, ever-changing demands. The successful candidate must be highly organised, efficient, and able to work to tight deadlines, often under pressure. Previous experience of managing small teams is beneficial.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate well to a wide range of stakeholders are important. As is the ability to organise, lead and motivate staff at all levels and experience of successfully managing contracts and contractors.

You will be expected to promote the safeguarding and welfare of our children and young people with a willingness to ensure that equal opportunities are promoted and developed to promote inclusion at all levels.

You will always maintain strict confidentiality and integrity and work sensitively when collaborating with all colleagues.

Information about the school

Infiniti School is an independent special school based in the beautiful village of Doddington, nr. Sittingbourne, Kent. We work with students in key stages 3, 4 and 5 who have SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, as well as other associated difficulties and challenging behaviour. We have a broad and balanced curriculum with individual pathways for each student, with a focus on sport and outdoor education.

We offer therapeutic input alongside our academic and vocational courses, to help our students remove barriers to learning and become successful in and out of school.
