Halfway Houses Primary School are looking for a highly efficient, flexible, friendly and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their school. 

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Cover Supervisor to start in as soon as possible for 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks of the year (term-time only). We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to supervise pre prepared activities and self-directed learning to cover short term/unplanned teacher absence. The primary focus for this position is to maintain order and keep pupils on track during the lesson. Please see the Job Description for further details. The full time salary for this role is £20595 with an actual salary of £15161. This salary is due to be increased in line with the Kent Rane incriment in April, please contact us for further details.

You will need to be energetic, supportive and a positive team player with a sense of humour and excellent communication skills and be willing to contribute to the rapid improvement of our lovely school.

These two founding schools are both Ofsted rated good schools. The outcomes at Minster Primary are outstanding. Sunny Bank Primary School in Sittingbourne joined TILT in February 2020 under a sponsorship arrangement and significant all round improvement has been made with the support of the MAT.
