Valley Invicta Primary School at Leybourne Chase is offering an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion and interest in SEN, particularly in meeting the needs of pupils with autism, to join our successful and dedicated team of specialist ASD staff.

As an SEN/SRP Teacher, the successful candidate will work closely with the Lead SRP Teacher and the SRP team (SRP HLTA and SRP TA's) to ensure that the curriculum and developmental needs of each child are fully understood and met.

Are you the right candidate?

We would love to hear from you if you are:

  • Passionate about meeting the needs of pupils with SEN, particularly those with Autism; 
  • Have experience of statutory processes for pupils with EHCPs – e.g. Provision Plans and Annual Review meetings; 
  • Able to work positively, reflectively and flexibly within a team; 
  • Able to take your own initiative and lead in the review and development of effective practices; 
  • Able to use knowledge of current research and own experiences to support the development of specialist practices and interventions within the SRP.
