Salary: MPS/UPS + possible TLR/R&R for the right candidate

Plus a one off joining bonus of £2,000, paid in twelve monthly instalments

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic teacher to join our team as a Teacher of Business, Computing and iMedia.  The successful candidate will have a strong background in both business and technology, as well as a passion for teaching and inspiring young people.  You will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons that cover a range of topics and will work closely with students to help them develop practical skills that they can use as well as encouraging them to think critically and creatively about the role of technology in society.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students
  • Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to support student learning
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents/carers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the department curriculum

Requirements: 

  • Qualified teacher status or equivalent
  • A degree or professional qualification in a related field
  • Experience of teaching at secondary level
  • The ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest developments in technology
  • Have a passion for exploring new ideas and techniques
