Family Liaison Officer (Early Help Worker)

NJC Grade C1 points 6-19 - £17,376 - £22,031 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week, term time only

We are looking to recruit a new Early Help Worker to our team. This is a new position within our Safeguarding Team and will involve working closely with the Secondary Safeguarding Lead and Family Liaison Officer.  The role will involve working holistically on early identification and prevention with families to improve children’s wellbeing both socially and academically, provide support to parents/carers and pupils at times of change and stress, engaging parents in supporting their children’s education and making links between the home, school and other relevant community resources.  For further details please refer to the job description.
