Northfleet Technology College is looking for an ambitious and passionate educator to join their Leadership Team as an Assistant Headteacher – Teaching & Learning this September.  The successful candidate will work within the large experienced teaching and Learning team to further strengthen whole school strategic development and the leadership of the teaching and learning strategy.  

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be centrally involved in the overall leadership and management of the school and be working to establish a school culture that is based around developing curiosity, creativity and care throughout the Community.
