As a one intake school, with 30 children per class, each class teacher has a real opportunity to make an impact on the educational development and enthusiasm of a child's learning journey. CPD is considered extremely important and our most recent courses for TA's have included ASD awareness, Phonics training and Pathalogical awareness support training. The core CPD package from the Trust also provides the opportunity for teachers to develop through subject leadership and NPQML.
