The appointed EYFS teacher will need to be  

  • Experienced. 
  • Supportive. 
  • Creative with a strong track record of teaching in EYFS. 
  • Experience of supporting colleagues and sharing best practice. 

To support the successful candidate, we can offer: 

  • Support from the Senior Leadership Team to drive strategic improvements. 
  • Dedicated time out of class. 
  • Support to keep up to date with best practice, through The Primary First Trust networks and affiliated national bodies. 

We work in collaboration with our Trust, The Primary First Trust, which currently consists of ten primary schools in Medway, Kent and Bexley. This gives us a wide support network and allows our staff to grow professionally and our children to achieve excellence.
