Palm Bay has a strong, creative curriculum, well-behaved children and a commitment to staff wellbeing and development.  We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher, keen to learn and develop their practice, to join our friendly team.  

We currently have a vacancy for a class teacher position for September 2023 start.  You will have experience of teaching children through a high-quality learning environment, where outdoor learning is promoted.  You will have high expectations for all pupils and will have experience of effectively teaching early reading, writing and maths in an engaging and rigorous way. ECTs are welcome to apply.

Palm Bay is a popular, over-subscribed two form entry Primary school which Ofsted has rated ‘good’ in all areas (2018).  We make the most of our stunning location and grounds, offering beach and forest school opportunities to all our pupils. The leadership team are dedicated to developing a growth-mindset culture and raising aspirations for all.  We will offer you a fantastic programme of CPD and individual coaching, in a supportive culture with motivated children who are keen to learn.
