We are looking to employ a Family Liaison Officer (FLO) to focus on preventative and early intervention activities, assist in tackling underachievement by developing strong relationships with parents, carers and children in school and working in collaboration with them to enable all children to have full access to educational opportunities and help them to overcome barriers to learning and raise their aspirations.

This is a full-time position. 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Hours are 37 per week 8.00am until 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am until 3.30pm on Friday (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break). There is some flexibility with working hours and hybrid working is also possible and can be discussed at interview.
