We are looking for an EYFS or KS1 teacher who:

· Has a talent for making learning exciting and vibrant and who can inspire and motivate learners

· Has the highest expectations about what children can achieve and has the skills to enable children to be the best possible versions of themselves

· Is committed to meeting the needs of individuals, raising standards and facilitating effective transition from the EYFS to the National Curriculum or strong determination to tailor and develop the core subjects for all KS1 pupils.

· Has the ability and drive to lead and inspire their team

· Will share our school vision and demonstrate commitment to our continued school improvement

· Will work closely with colleagues, the Trust, governors, parents and the wider school community
