Wonderful Teaching Assistant Required

We are looking for a teaching assistant to join our team. This vacancy is for a person to work with an assigned child to support them in all areas of school life. You will need to have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour as well as the belief that every child has their own interests and talents.  This role will involve providing learning support and pastoral as required. The contract is daily support from 8:30 until 15:15 daily.

Previous experience of working with children in classrooms is desirable as well as experience of working with children with SEND. Leigh Primary school is committed to providing continued professional development and actively encourages visits to the school before application.
