Positive Behaviour Support Worker at Chantry Community Academy

Salary: Kent Range 3 £14,577 per annum

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 Weeks (Term Time plus one week)

Required: April 2023

Chantry Community Academy are seeking to appoint a Positive Behaviour Support Worker to join our team.  The successful candidate will be expected to support all staff to be curious about the underlying reason for a child’s behaviour.  They will work with colleagues, parents/carers and other agencies to support children in developing the skills needed for positive behaviour. There will be individual casework with students and also group activities to address the reasons for negative behaviour.  For a more detailed explanation of the job role please refer to the job description.
