NJC Grade D1 points 1-6 - £17,327 - £18,790 per annum

(FTE: £20,258 - £21,968 per annum)

Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Location: Greenacre Academy and Walderslade Girls’ School, Chatham

An opportunity has arisen for a forward-thinking person to join the Skills for Life Trust as an Attendance Administrator at Greenacre Academy and Walderslade Girls’ School. The Attendance Administrator will work closely with the Trust Attendance Officer and Head Teacher and will provide administrative support.

The role of the Attendance Administrator will support the monitoring of the attendance of all pupils, addressing issues in relation to pupil attendance and providing administrative support and advice.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an administrative role, preferably in a  school/education setting. They should be able to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience when dealing with difficult situations and must have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
