Tiger Primary School is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic SENDCO who can help our wonderful children to be the very best they can be.

We are looking for someone who is capable of initiating and developing effective strategies which enable our SEND pupils to achieve their very best and who is committed and passionate about their own professional and leadership development.

The candidate will be a qualified SENDCo, and have very high expectations of all children.  The successful candidate will share in our vision and belief that success comes from developing a growth mindset which values effort and believes that anything is possible for all our pupils and staff.

You will have experience as an excellent classroom practitioner

You will:

  • Be fully committed to our school and our ethos
  • Have an excellent understanding of SEN Code of Practice and procedures
  • Be a skilled and experienced teacher with exemplary classroom practice, and the skills to be able to coach and develop this within others
  • Have a strong track record in making an impact on pupils’ progress
  • Have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to lead, motivate and inspire others to achieve excellence
  • Be innovative and have a passion for high quality education for all
