Due to our success and expansion we are looking for enthusiastic and flexible Teaching Assistant's to join our friendly staff team and enhance our pupils learning experiences with their dynamic and innovative approach.

Based in The Glades, where we deliver targetted provision for our pupils with the highest level of need, the sucessful candidates will have, or be willing to work towards a Level 3 SEND qualification.

We are a two-form entry academy dedicated to celebrating success and building a love of learning. We’ve been on a journey of improvement and development, becoming an Oasis academy in 2013 and retaining an overall ‘Good’ Ofsted judgement in September 2021. 

Working 32.5 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 5 Development Days, this is a fantastic opportunity to maintain a healthy work life balance whilst working in an amazing environment.  You will never have a dull day again!
