32.5 Hours per Week - Term Time Only (38 weeks)

The Abbey School is looking to appoint a  full-time Pastoral Support Coordinator to start as soon as possible. You will be required to work for 32.5 hours per week for 38 weeks per year.

We are looking for an individual to work as part of the Student Support Team assisting students, parents and staff by promoting positive behaviour and good attendance to school.  You will deliver pastoral support and guidance for students to so they can learn in a calm and safe environment.

Applicants should have at least GCE or level 3 BTEC qualifications and a minimum of GCSE English and Mathematics at C Grade (or equivalent). Experience of working with young people of the relevant age would be an advantage.
