An opportunity has arisen, to strengthen the vision that we have for our Early Years and Key Stage one provision.

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and creative teacher to join our lower school provision in September 2023. This is a permanent teaching position, suitable for ECTs and experienced teachers.

We are keen to establish a unified Early Years and Key Stage one provision. Whilst the successful teacher will be assigned a particular class grouping, the plan is to provide the very best provision to raise already high standards across Year R, 1 and 2.

We are seeking candidates who thrive in a team working situation and are driven by the essential foundations for learning. We will be delivering continuous provision throughout all identified cohorts, with free flow, hands on learning, meeting the needs of all pupils in all subject areas.

We can offer:

  • Fantastic pupils
  • A friendly, nurturing school family committed to our Christian Values as a Church of England School
  • Support of a teaching team committed to excellence with high expectations.
  • A committed and supportive leadership team
  • Excellent mentors and role models
  • Friendly and dedicated staff
  • A supportive governing body.
  • A well resourced school with an exciting curriculum

We are looking for someone who:

  • Aims for excellence at all times.
  • Has a passion to make a difference
  • Is a good communicator with a real ability to nurture, inspire and motivate
  • Is a kind, caring individual, passionate about teaching as a vocation
  • Views teaching as a holistic process, keen and prepared to work with children and their families
  • Keen to work in a Church of England Primary School and able to uphold the Christian Vision, Values and ethos
  • Is a complete team player
  • Has a sense of humour.

Whilst the post is to start in September 2023, we would welcome the opportunity for you to be involved in our transition process which will start mid June. Visits to the school welcome.

The school is committed to safeguarding & promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

We look forward to hearing from you.
