We have a vacancy available due to securing 1-1 High Needs Funding.

Hours per week: 30hrs

Salary: Kent Range 3; £19,293/annum for full-time/all year working (Actual Salary approx £13,308 for term time + 2 days)

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, with a keen interest in SEND, to work in our family orientated school.

The position is to start as soon as possible and is linked to high needs funding. Therefore, the post is dependable on annual review of higher needs funding.

The Teaching Assistant position will have you on your feet from day one!

We are looking for someone who has the ability, knowledge and experience to support interventions and in class support.

Teaching Assistant experience would be desirable but is not essential. A willingness to work in a team and a flexible approach is essential alongside initiative and the ability to take ideas forward.

Sandown School is situated in North Deal and is a two form entry school with a growing pupil roll and reputation.
