HR Manager – Kent Range 8 or 9 depending on experience-  £26,598 - £34,693 (pro-rata £23835 - £31,090) 37 hours a week, term time plus 2 weeks 

We have an exciting opportuity for an experienced HR professional to join our team at The Wyvern School.

Working closely with the School Business Manager and HR Officer, your role would be to manage all aspects of Human Resources for the school including recruitment, appraisals and staff absence.

You should have experience of working within an HR function both from an operational and strategic perspective and should be comfortable managing HR casework including recruitment, absence management and have successful experience of delivering high quality, effective and appropriate HR support and advice.

Experience of working in an educational setting would be desirable, but we are very keen to meet individuals with the right experience, right attitude and who are keen to deliver outstanding HR support.
