Painters Ash Primary School are looking to appoint a hardworking, skilled, dependable and self-motivated part time site Manager to join our school.  You will assist in ensuring the effective management, organisation and supervision of all matters relating to the school’s premises, including planning, development and delivery of all aspects of premises maintenance, security and health and safety within the school. 

The post is 32 1/2 hours per week all year round and includes 25 days paid holiday per year (to be taken in the school holiday periods).

Normal hours of working will be:-

Monday        2.00 p.m. - 6.30 p.m. (no lunch)

Tueday         7.15 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. (1 hr lunch)

Wednesday   8.00 a.m. - 3.30 p.m. (1 hr lunch)

Thursday     10.00 a.m. - 6.30 p.m. (1 hr lunch)

Friday           7.15 a.m. - 2.00 p.m. (1/2 hr lunch)

The pay is Kent Range 5 – 6 (£18,090.00 - £19,149.00 approx per annum), which can be flexible for the right candidate with the right experience.
