We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work 32.50 hours per week,(8.30am–3.30pm, Monday – Friday - 38 weeks per year (term time only), to join our friendly, vibrant school where the pupils are well behaved and love to learn.

This is a temporary position, linked to High Needs Funding.

Are you an adaptable teaching assistant who can apply a range of skills to bring out the best in our pupils? 

If so, this is a great opportunity to develop your career by expanding your skill base and applying your knowledge to work with a Year R child who has a variety of needs.   The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent relationships with pupils, strong behaviour management strategies and good phonic knowledge.  It would be advantageous for candidates if they have previous experience of working with pupils who have speech and language and ASD needs.

There will be in-house support for the successful applicant from the class teacher and our experienced SEN team.
