Are you passionate about working in early years? Do you have a good knowledge of supporting children through continuous provision? If so, Luton Primary School could be for you! 
 

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated, supportive and enthusiastic early years team.   

This position is Monday to Friday, 31.25 hours per week (8.30am to 3.30pm with 45 minutes for lunch. term-time only). 

A successful candidate will have a firm understanding of the early years framework with a child-centred approach, will be a team player and will want to make a difference by supporting the children so they can achieve their full potential. 

We are looking for an individual who is nurturing, caring and passionate about education. An individual who is able to encourage the appropriate behaviour and attitude to enable the most effective learning and let's not forget, a sense of humour! 

Ideally, you will have experience of working with children in an educational setting - an NVQ level 3 or above - you will possess strong communication skills - patience and understanding of the way different children learn - commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
