Meopham Community Academy is looking to appoint a hardworking, flexible member of staff to join their team of Midday
Supervisors.

The posts will be for 6.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday working 12 Noon -1.15pm each day.  You will be paid on Kent Range 3, £19,293 full time equivalent, actual pro rata salary £2,743.48 based on 6.25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.

The successful candidate will be expected to supervise, support and guide the children during the lunchtime period. This will involve time both on the playground and in the canteen supervising the children. Although previous experience would be preferable it is not considered essential full training and induction will be given. The ability to communicate effectively with children and the ability to ensure their well-being and maintain their safety is essential.

Meopham Community Academy is a two form entry primary school set in a beautiful village location and the school prides itself on providing a happy, safe and caring environment for all its pupils. We are a busy, friendly and popular school with a warm and welcoming ethos; recognised by all who visit!

The staff, parents and governors of our school work together to provide the best for the families we serve. We want our children to enjoy their time and education with us and to achieve the highest possible standards in all aspects of their lives. We are very proud of our school and the high standards of behaviour and learning that our children achieve.

Our broad curriculum, wide range of extra-curricular activities and support for pupils were all recognised in the most recent, short Ofsted inspection in October 2018, where the school continued to be rated as "Good".
