All Souls’ C of E Primary has an exciting opportunity to appoint an Administration Assistant to join and enhance the work of the administration team at our school, from March 2023.

This is great opportunity to join a school and play a pivotal role in its success and development. The successful candidate must enjoy working in a busy area, and must be confident in providing a professional, welcoming, efficient service, ensuring the smooth running of the school office including all office systems, procedures and processes. The candidate will be able to work flexibly under pressure, use their initiative and prioritise their workload. 

To apply for this position you must:

  • Have previous administrative experience
  • Be passionate about supporting children and the community
  • Have the ability to make our pupils feel valued and safe
  • Enjoy working as a team
  • Offer enthusiasm and energy to the role
  • Have excellent IT skills (please state these clearly on your application)
  • Have the ability to communicate well (written, face to face, telephone)
  • Be able to organise and prioritise your workload 

Previous school experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

This is a permanent role offering an actual salary of £6,631.00 per annum (FTE £19,428.00), based on 15 hours per week (9am-12pm Monday – Friday) Term Time Only
