We are looking for a wonderful, inspirational and shiny teacher to join our fantastic Willesborough team of practitioners, who work together to shape our children's minds.

Do you wonder what the possibilities for you could be in an ambitious school that is committed to supporting its staff within a caring ethos? Are you inspired to deliver exciting learning opportunities for all children? Come and shine with our fantastic school team!

This is a fixed term postition until the 31st August. It may be of interest to teachers seeking to gain experience before applying for a permanent post or to teachers seeking to review their career options. We are a big school and it is likely that permanent posts will be advertised for September. We can offer the successful candidate, if available, an opportunity to team teach with the substantive post holder for up to two weeks so that there will be a strong handover for the class and staff.

Please give us a call before applying- 01233 624165, asking to speak to Fran, Executive Headteacher, Andrea or Tom, Assistant Headeachers. We would love to meet you and show you around our lovely schools!

Information about the federation

Willesborough Infant and Willesborough Junior schools are large schools, who federated in January 2019, forming The Willesborough Schools Federation. The two schools have worked together for many years as link schools. We are proud of our unique identity as federated infant and junior school and the progressive curriculum and provision we have created for our pupils and community.

The federation offers excellent opportunities for staff to work across both schools and enjoy being part of a big school team. As a large organisation, the Willesborough Schools can offer training, coaching and mentoring to teachers, classroom practitioners and support staff, who are new to their profession, as well as a passion and commitment to the growth of leaders and managers at all levels.

Both schools have been inspected recently and have achieved excellent outcomes.
