We are looking for a versatile Key Stage 1 teacher to join our small team in June 2023. This role will be on a temporary contract, providing day to day planning and teaching whilst the permanent member of staff is on maternity leave.

Are you a team player who works well with others and values the home/school partnership? Most importantly you will be someone who shows a genuine interest in children and who invests in all aspects of their learning and development. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing rich and exciting learning opportunities both in the classroom and outside, making learning irresistible.

Lydden Primary School is a small rural village school catering for approximately 80 children between the ages of 4-11. Children learn in our four classes.

We aspire for all children to become confident, caring individuals who achieve well academically and develop a love of learning. We aim for our children to develop lifelong skills, taking responsibility for their own learning so that they can face future challenges with confidence.
