We are looking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic, proactive and energetic Teaching Assistant to come and work at our wonderful school. We need an individual who has a passion for ensuring all children flourish and a desire to make a difference. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, love working within a supportive team and be confident to support children individually.

We would love to accept applications from those with a passion for supporting children with SEND and with knowledge and experience of ASC and Speech, Language & Communication needs. The successful candidate will need to be able to support learning through practical activities and play, both inside the classroom and in the outdoors.

The role will be for 30 hours per week, term time only and this is a fixed term contract for one year with an immediate start, this will be reviewed at the end of the fixed term.

We are a two-form entry Church of England Primary Single Academy Trust, serving the local community in the sunny coastal town of Folkestone.

There are extensive grounds, both tarmac and grass-covered. In addition, Nursery and Reception have large well-equipped outside learning areas. We have a well-developed Forest School and pond area where our children have weekly opportunities to enjoy Nature.
