Turner Schools is looking to recruit an outstanding Trust Cover Supervisor to predominantly cover staff absences at our Trust Secondary Schools. From time to time you may be required to provide cover in our Kindergarten and Primary Schools . Ideally the role would be working Term Time plus 2 additional weeks (including INSET days) but we would consider part time as well.

In order to deliver this vision, we are looking to recruit exemplary candidates.

You will be:

  • An outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven record in supporting student attainment at different Key Stages
  • Passionate about providing every child with the support, tools and capacity to make outstanding progress in all areas.
  • A creative, inventive and dedicated classroom practitioner 
  • Be flexible and adapt to chaging priorities, including a willingness to travel from school to school.
