Teaching Assistant – Hilltop Primary Academy

NJC Grade D2 points 4-11 – £15,148 - £17,666 per annum

(Full time equivalent £21,189 - £24,054 per annum)

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (Term Time only)

Hilltop Primary Academy are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant who will be an important part of our team providing support to our teachers.  You will need to establish strong working relationships with staff and students, follow a programme of study clearly defined by the SENCO and work alongside teaching and other appropriate staff dependent on the nature of the particular needs of the pupils, this will include supporting in class / supporting groups.  The ability to support children on a 1:1 basis would be an advantage.  If this sounds like you we would love to receive your application!

Hilltop Primary Academy is an oversubscribed two form entry school which has the benefit of a large playing field and a heated indoor swimming pool. The Academy is part of the Skills for Life Trust where there are two Secondary Schools and three Primary Schools.
