Are you an experienced and dedicated teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We are looking for a SENCO to join us at Ditton Juniors to lead and coordinate the support for a diverse group of students, helping them to reach their full potential and achieve their aspirations.

We are keen to find the right person for this important role and are happy to discuss working arrangements which would not only fit with you, but provide the best opportunities for the children at Ditton.

You will work alongside our SENCo assistant and FLO, who will support you to develop the provision of SEN for all pupils.

If you are passionate about supporting the education and development of students with SEND, and you have the skills and experience to implement policies and inclusion best practice that will make an impact, we encourage you to apply and we look forward to hearing from you.
