East Farleigh has an exciting opportunity for a skilled, highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team.   The role would be a Fixed Term Contact (FTC) to be reviewed December 2023.

We are looking for someone with good subject knowledge in reading, writing and maths (preferably with GCSE grade C / equivalent or above in English and Maths). 

Your ability to build relationships, have a positive outlook and possess a willingness to be reflective and try different approaches is essential. You do not need to have previous experience of working with children but should be able to demonstrate excellent organisation, strong communication skills and show initiative when working with different adults and children. 

You must be able to work well as part of a team, and show a genuine commitmeent to supporting and empowering children to develop the resilience and moral character to overcome challenges and succeed

This position is for 32.5 hours per week (8.30am-3.30pm), term time only.
